Domestic Relations Overview

Rusty Hudson handles the domestic relations cases in the firm.  With over twenty years experience, he has handled hundreds of family law and custody cases.  He believes in prompt, aggressive representation when the parties are unable to decide on the terms of the dispute.  His philosophy is that litigation is always a last resort and all attempts at reaching a fair settlement should be explored first.

Mr. Hudson has handled all types of divorce cases from simple no property cases to high-value complex asset divorces.  He has an undergraduate degree in Business Economics which he believes helps him tackle problems that frequently arise with divorcing couples and the division of their assets and debts.  He has developed a streamlined and efficient approach to handling uncontested divorces which allows him to resolve these type of cases at reasonable cost to the client.
